The first book I read at that age, which inspired me and opened my eyes to fascinating mathematics facts, was "Uh ta matematika" by Zlatko Šporer written in Arabic. The book's influence allows me to apply its methods of explanation to my school colleagues who "hate maths."

Through tutoring my classmates and neighbours, I developed my analysing skills and ability to break down the complex or difficult concepts to clear and accessible pieces. I was able to tutor the three secondary school stages; 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. Later, I involved myself in volunteering classes during my university years.

Unfortunately, my passion for Maths did not allow me to join the Faculty of Maths or Education at first attempt, but I completed my Diploma in Education with 75.73% grade while I was serving my mandatory military service.

Again, the Syrian war shattered all my plans to start a career in teaching. I had been forced to leave my country and do my best to support my family and myself financially.

Alongside my academic qualification, I went through a self-development journey since 2016. I work hard to employ my current non-teaching position as Student Supervisor (Behaviour and Learning Coordinator) to enhance my class management skills by promoting various classroom control tools and students' motivation methods.

By incorporating class discussions, open-ended questions, and cooperative learning during my advising sessions, I facilitate a highly interactive and challenging class atmosphere.

Having effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills in parallel with attention to detail and accuracy are the main components to have a solid basis of a robust and efficient relationship with both my students and their guardians.

I have strong faith in children and rely on their unique realm features. It helps me to involve them in the decision-making process most of the time, therefore my instructions have always been followed and obeyed.
